I think the most helpful thing I've ever explored in my own life is understanding that my behaviour is the manifestation of my inner world.
My beliefs, and everything that controls those beliefs, as well as everything that happens in my subconscious, will show up in my behaviour.
My thoughts and feelings may lie to me—especially my thoughts. All the narratives I tell myself about who I am in my head often contradict who I actually am in terms of behaviour.
So, let's say you listen to anyone talk about who they are, and you’ll notice a big difference between what they say and what they do.
You’ll see that people often contradict their claims about themselves, sometimes without even realizing it.
They actually believe what they’re saying, but they can’t observe their own behaviour the way an outsider can.
Observe your own behaviour and see what it shows you about your inner world!
