A big shout out to Sam the Barter Barber. 

This man continues to inspire me- he's deeply following his value of compassion, and fully embraces the BROJO philosophy of "learn by doing." Most of us hold back on living our dreams because we feel "I'm not ready yet." Not Sam...  with basically zero training in psychology or coaching, he dove headfirst into tackling one of NZ's greatest challenges - severe male depression within the farming community, with nothing but a keen desire to help, and a sharp pair of scissors - Sam meets people and has deep discussions while cutting hair. *Legend*.
