It really clicked that living by values is about behaviour. I can't grow without action. So I did a lot of sharing things I'd normally feel bad or awkward sharing. My favourite part was the specific practical ideas and challenges.

Outmoded beliefs about myself and my capabilities have caused me to fall behind and feel my potential is unfulfilled. I have been dishonest with myself and imposed limitations on my own desires and behaviour. This course allowed me to realise that taking responsibility has always been key to integrity and fulfilment, while attempting to apportion blame actually kept me in a mental prison.

I really enjoyed all the episodes of this course. My main insight is actually I'm not that bad, I'm already living by most of these values.

This has definitely been my favourite course thus far. It provided clarification of how values look in reality and how I can develop them. I took an action a day towards each of them though I think my greatest step was in being more assertive which in a way has led me to place greater value on myself and my opinions/feelings. Courage and Assertiveness are my two main values and every couple of months I'll watch the videos on those values and challenge myself. My favourite part of the course was putting into practice the one action per day.
