Why Putting Pressure on Yourself Doesn’t Work [pt.5 Self-Love Series]

New full length video out today!

This is part 5 of a 6-part series on self-love.

Despite what many people subconsciously believe, self-imposed pressure does not lead to success and often undermines performance.

In thie video, I advocate for a sustainable, middle ground approach, free from the extremes of high pressure or the overreaction of completely giving up; a new way of thinking that involves performance without pressure, rest without inactivity, and aligning actions with one's core values.
