Self-Care Secrets: Why Helping Yourself Helps Others! 💖🙌

Taking care of yourself is taking care of others.

Being self-serving is not the same as being selfish. When you take good care of yourself, you're a better person and you're in a better position to take care of others.

When you sacrifice yourself for others you're actually being a weak and deprived person, forcing your help onto others when what they really need from you is to take a good care of yourself first.

It's okay for people to dislike you. Remember, disagreement and dislike are not the same thing.

You can allow people to both disagree with you and dislike you. However, don't confuse someone disagreeing with you with them disliking you. Also, don't try to stop someone from disliking you. People that you're looking for are the ones who might be disagreeable, but still a good fit for you! However, people who dislike you are people that you don't need in your life.

There's no reason to put effort into making people like you. The only relationship you're in for the rest of your life is the one you have with yourself, so make sure that you like whom you are becoming.
