I have a few clients who identify as spiritual. They are often quite frustrated when trying to be part of spiritual communities. The problem, as they see it, is that they have to put up with a lot of nonsense: think of things like scam artists and gurus that are actually sexual predators, not to mention the basic stuff like having to believe in paranormal things (for which they don't have any proof), pseudo science or conspiracy theories.

These people want to be spiritual, they want to feel connected in some way to the universe, but they don't want to do it in this nonsensical way.

There is a way forward in which you can be spiritual without having to believe anything that's not true and without having to join a community that does crazy things.

It's through the art of living with integrity. It’s through discovering your core values and finding a way to work with the universe in a way that you believe is right. So, if you do some research into things like core values and integrity you can find spirituality without the nonsense.
