New full length video out today!

This video comes from a recent Ask Dan Anything session.

We discussed strategies for dealing with interpersonal hurt in situations where one must interact with a hurtful person, such as in a work or shared hobby context.

We investigated the importance of maintaining one’s own path and not allowing others to manipulate your behavior simply because you want to avoid awkwardness or conflict. Manipulation occurs when someone shifts you off your intended track, but it requires your agreement to be effective.

Keep staying on track, being confident, and not letting others’ actions alter your behavior.
