Incredible Strength 💪: The Truth About Life's Tragedies

I've got nothing but sympathy for suicide victims.

I get giving up.

There are a lot of reasons to give up and people who don't give up are incredibly courageous.

If you find yourself saying things like "I suck" or "Life's terrible" that only shows how well you're doing! If you think life's terrible and you're still persisting, persevering and pressing on, bravo!

It's easy to carry on when life's easy. If you can keep carrying on when life's hard, why wouldn't you pat yourself on the back for that?

When you say "I have bad luck", you should ask yourself—how accurate is that? Ask yourself if that is really true. Do you have bad luck very minute of the day? In which minutes exactly did “bad luck” things happen?

I had a client recently who had a number of bereavements in one year. On an average, my client lost one person a month, for 6 months. That is pretty rough. I'm sure the sense of grief was almost constantly present throughout those 6 months.

I don't mean to sound callous about it, but if we apply the same logic to “good” and “bad” luck, does that mean that the rest of the time, all those days when nobody died, my client had a string of good luck?
