New full length video out today!
Most guys pride themselves on being the "chill guy"—easygoing, unfazed, always letting the little things slide. But what if that calm exterior is actually costing you more than you realize?
In this video, I share a personal story about how I misunderstood Stoicism and used it as an excuse to suppress my emotions. I thought I was being strong by not reacting to small annoyances or frustrations. I thought I was being disciplined by dealing with everything internally. But over time, I learned the hard way that burying minor emotions doesn’t make them disappear—it just builds up into chronic stress, burnout, and resentment.
This is what I call A Thousand Small Cuts. Individually, each one feels too small to bother with. But over months and years, they bleed you dry.
If you’ve ever felt inexplicably burned out, emotionally exhausted, or like you’re constantly walking on eggshells without knowing why—this might be why.
Watch until the end to learn what finally helped me break the cycle and how you can start releasing that pressure without becoming a complainer.
